Assets

All creative assets provided by Sea by Land Studio — including artwork, digital tools, templates, and brand visuals — are licensed for personal or commercial use depending on the product. Please review the license categories below to ensure proper usage.

Artwork & Prints

All fine art prints, illustrations, and murals are copyright-protected. Artworks are licensed for personal use unless otherwise noted.

✅ Personal Use: includes display in private homes, studios, and non-commercial social media (with credit).
❌ Commercial Use: (e.g., resale, branding, advertising, or merchandise) requires written permission or a commercial license.

Digital Templates & Branding Tools

Templates, kits, and brand assets are available for:

✅ Personal and client work customization
❌ Resale, redistribution, or offering files as stand-alone downloads is not permitted.

Web Design & Visual Content

All website designs and visual content created by Sea by Land Studio are licensed for the client or purchaser's project use only. You may not reproduce or use outside of the agreed-upon scope without written permission.

Murals & Installations

Murals created by Sea by Land Studio remain the intellectual property of the artist. Public sharing requires attribution. Reproductions or commercial use must be cleared with a custom license agreement.

AI, Ethics & Use Restrictions

Sea by Land Studio assets may not be:

· Used in AI training datasets
· Repurposed in unethical, exploitative, or harmful ways
· Stripped of attribution when publicly displayed
